Heard on the Boards: Talking Weaknesses at the Interview? Monster member littlebit163 posts: I was laid off due to reorganization. I have been on many interviews but have not been chosen. I do have some interview material I believe is good, but I have the most difficult time verbalizing my weaknesses. I know I have them. I have worked in the finance industry for more than 15 years. I am a very focused person and very detail-oriented. I would say my greatest weakness is that I at times am so focused I am not aware of those around me.
